1. Do you work with big or small agencies?+

2. What do you actually do?+
A photographer sells you a shoot. We sell you a finished listing.
You film one slow lap of the property on your phone. We turn that video into bright, sharp listing photos, a title and a description written for the portals. Send us the 2D floor plan and we turn it into a 3D one.
We apply every best practice in the industry to make sure the listing converts, makes your agency look better and keeps the owner happy.
You get back everything you need to press publish. Not raw files, not a folder to sort. One listing, ready to go live.
3. What do we need to send you?+
One phone video per listing, or the phone photos you already took.
You do not need a good camera. You do not need to edit anything. You do not need to be good at filming. Walk slowly, keep the phone steady, film every room. That is the whole job on your side.

4. How do I know that this is better than a photographer?+
Test it on a real property and compare. That is the only honest answer.
A photographer costs you a booking, a shoot day, and a wait for the edit. We cost about 10x less per listing and we come back about 10x faster. There is no calendar to fight over and no second visit to arrange.
Your first listing is free. Send us the property you are about to shoot anyway, put our photos next to theirs, and decide with your own eyes.
5. Is this allowed on Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle?+
Yes.
The portals reject photos that are blurry, watermarked or misleading. They do not reject good editing. Every professional photographer edits their photos before delivery, and so do we.
We deliver bright, sharp photos with no watermark. That is exactly what the portals' own quality rules ask for.
6. How fast do you send the listing back?+
Usually within 1 to 2 hours. Plan for 24 hours at most.
The clock starts the moment your first video finishes uploading. Most listings come back well before the deadline, so the property goes live while it is still fresh and before the competition has shot it.
If we are ever late, that listing is free. That is not a target. It is a guarantee.
7. Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There is no contract and no notice period. Cancel from your portal or send us a WhatsApp message.
Any month you have started runs to its end, so you keep your listings for that month. After that, nothing more is charged.
8. What if I go over my volume?+
We adjust it. Send the extra listings as normal and we move you to the right volume for that month.
You only ever pay the per-listing rate for your volume. There is no penalty for going over, and you can move back down the next month.
